Stuffed Mushrooms

Serves 4, makes 12 mushrooms

Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
1lb button mushrooms
1lb crab, real or imitation
½ C kewpie mayonnaise
1 ⅛ Tbsp of Kinder’s Seasoning: The Blend
¼ C parmesan cheese, grated

1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. 

2. Combine crab, mayonnaise, and seasoning and mix until integrated. 

3. Remove the stem from the mushroom and fill the mushrooms with the mixture.

4. Sprinkle parmesan on top of the mushrooms.

5. Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 5 minutes. 

6. Broil the mushrooms for 3 minutes.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms
1lb button mushrooms
1 lb sausage
8oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp Kinder’s Seasoning: The Blend
3 ½ tsp of green onions 

1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. 

2. In a pan, sauté sausage and break into small pieces while cooking. 

3. Combine sausage, cream cheese, and seasoning and mix until integrated. 

4. Remove the stem from the mushroom and fill the mushrooms with the mixture.

5. Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 5 minutes. 

6. Broil the mushrooms for 3 minutes.

7. Garnish with green onions.

8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
